Texas Intercom Energy preparing study for West Texas modular refinery and study for modular refinery on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Texas Intercom Energy LLC, through its subsidiary TX Intercom Oil & Gas Engineering LLC, and in a joint venture with Alternate Resource Group LLC, are making the necessary arrangements to acquire a strategically located land in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to build a Modular Mini-refinery with the capacity to process 10,000 BPD of Condensate and produce Gasoline, Diesel and LPG to participate in the fuel market of the Northeast region of Mexico.

Texas Intercom Energy LLC in a joint venture with Intercom, S.A. de C.V., are making the necessary arrangements to acquire a strategically located land in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to build a plant with the capacity to process 860 TPD of sorghum grain and produce 350,000 LPD of Ethanol.

 

The proposed site is located in the northern area of the state, where nearly 800,000 hectares are planted and 2 million metric tons of sorghum is harvested annually. Its market will be Pemex Refinación and the self-supply for Modular Mini-refineries that Intercom plans to build in different national and international locations.

 

Ethanol is used as an ecological oxygenating agent and up to 10% by volume is mixed with gasoline.

 

 

No. 3

 

Texas Intercom Energy LLC, in a joint venture with Alternate Resource Group LLC, plans to carry out the construction of 2 power generation plants with a capacity of 75 to 100 MWh each. Both projects consist of the partial generation of clean energy through solar farms and surge power through combined cycle plants.

 

  • The first one, in the process of securing the necessary land through a long-term leasing contract and will be located in the city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

 

The second one, also in the process of securing the necessary land through a long-term leasing contract and will be located north of the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.

No. 4

TEXAS INTERCOM ENERGY (TIE) and its group of affiliated companies have been selected and approved by DEMARCO GLOBAL GROUP to develop and manage an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Project and operate a Modular Refinery with a capacity of 300,000 BPD in the Republic of Panama for the next 20 years post-commissioning.

 

The project comprises six modular trains of 50,000 BPD each, designed for conversion, to be implemented in three stages of 100,000 BPD each, aiming to meet the demand in the local and neighboring countries' markets.

No. 5

DeMarco Global Group has initiated discussions with the federal government of the Republic of Costa Rica for the development, in a co-investment modality, of a modular refinery with the capacity to process 75,000 BPD, configured for the production of fuels destined for the domestic market. Once the agreement is signed, TXI Energy will start the technical evaluation of the project.
